How It Works
- Host Setup: Login and create a broadcast room. Optionally give your room a custom name, or it will use the auto-generated 6-digit room code. Select a source language (auto-detect is recommended), then choose which target languages to translate into.
- Language Support: The system supports automatic language detection or manual source language selection. Translations are available in 10+ languages including Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Dutch, Italian, Chinese, Korean, and Arabic. Each language offers multiple dialect options for regional accuracy.
- Listener Access: Attendees can scan a QR code or manually enter the 6-digit room code, then select their preferred language. Real-time translations are delivered through their device with optimized audio buffering for smooth playback.
- Audio Delivery: Connect wireless headphones or use device speakers to hear the translated audio. The system automatically manages audio synchronization and quality for natural-sounding translations.
- Session Management: Hosts can monitor listeners in real-time, view connection status and device information, and control the broadcast. Admins can access dashboards, logs, and usage statistics for all sessions.
- Cost Tracking: All translation costs are tracked per session based on audio duration and number of languages. Users can view monthly usage reports and administrators can monitor system-wide costs and set budgets.
